Missa Cantata at Blackfen

On Saturday 6 September, at 10.30am, at Our Lady of the Rosary, Blackfen, there will be a Missa Cantata (sung Mass) in the older form of the Roman Rite. As it is the anniversary of the death of the former parish priest of Our Lady of the Rosary, Fr Patrick Bailey, the Mass will be a Requiem Mass for Fr Bailey, with absolutions at the catafalque.

(Mass is celebrated in the older form of the Roman Rite at Blackfen every Saturday morning at 10.30am. Usually, the Mass is a Low Mass - on the first Saturday of the month, the Mass is sung.)

Family Fun Day at Erith

The parish of Our Lady of the Angels in Erith is holding a Family Fun Day on Sunday September 14th, from noon till 5pm. Tickets are available price £5 and £3 for children: these cover the food provided (Hog Roast or Vegetarian).
